Vandaag 15 juni, ben ik vertrokken uit Sabsevar naar Quchan. Ik moet zorgen dat ik vanavond dicht bij de grens met Turkmenistan ben. Morgenochtend word ik door de gids opgehaald om de grens te passeren. In Quchan heb ik een hotelletje gevonden om te overnachten. Quchan is een redelijke stad en vanavond is het groot feest. Iran heeft een voetbalwedstrijd op het WK gewonnen en dat werd uitbundig op straat gevierd.
Ik heb, ondanks het geluid op straat, goed geslapen en ga in de vroegere van 16 juni op weg naar de grens met Turkmenistan. Het laatste stukje door Iran naar Bajgiran. Bijzonder, wanneer kom er ik nog eens terug? Nog een laatste filmpje gemaakt en door naar de grens.
